At Sandy Point Progressive Sports, we are dedicated to providing reliable and transparent shipping services. Please review the following policy for details on our shipping processes, eligibility for free shipping, and guidelines for freight shipments.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders totaling $150 or more, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • The order subtotal must be $150 or more before taxes, discounts, or promotions.
  • Free shipping is available only within the continental United States.

Exclusions:

  • Freight items.
  • Oversized items.
  • Used items.

Additional Terms:

  • Free shipping eligibility is subject to approval, and orders may be canceled at our discretion.

Standard Shipping

  • Carriers: All standard-sized items are shipped via USPS or UPS.
  • Service Area: Shipping is limited to the contiguous 48 states for all online orders.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, unless special packaging is required.
  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Insurance:

  • All shipments include basic insurance coverage to ensure your purchase is protected during transit.

Freight Shipments

Certain oversized or specialty items require freight shipping, including but not limited to:

  • Sails 7.8 or bigger

Delivery Requirements:

  • A person must be present to accept delivery for all residential freight shipments.

Shipping Cost:

  • The shipping cost estimated at checkout is subject to adjustment based on actual shipping charges. If additional charges are required, we will contact you. Should you choose not to proceed with the updated cost, the order may be canceled.

Handling Time:

  • Freight items require special packaging and preparation, which may take 3–7 business days during peak shopping periods. Expedited handling is not available.

Shipping Time:

  • Delivery times are estimated and subject to delays due to factors such as weather, road conditions, or carrier shortages. Expedited shipping is not available for freight shipments.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipping.
  • Once a freight order has been shipped, cancellation will result in the original shipping fee being non-refundable. A packaging and handling fee of up to $200 may also be deducted, along with any additional costs incurred for rerouting the shipment.

Return Policy for Freight Items

  • Freight items are non-returnable and are excluded from standard return policies.
